This Website Member and Visitor Privacy Notice has been prepared by MOLECIA KİMYA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, acting as the data controller and operating at AHMET YESEVİ MAH. KEREM SK. A BLOK NO: 9 İÇ KAPI NO: 404 PENDİK / İSTANBUL / TÜRKİYE, for the purpose of informing members registered on the website www.renavie.com.tr, operated and managed by the Company, and other users visiting the website about the procedures and principles regarding the use of their personal data obtained or that may be obtained within the scope of the services offered through the website, as well as the methods of processing such data.

Rights of the Relevant Person
Personal data subjects have the following rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698:

- To request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated under the Law
- To request notification of the transactions carried out regarding correction or deletion requests to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
- To object to the occurrence of a result against the person themselves by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems
- To request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data
Personal data subjects may submit their requests regarding their rights to the Company together with the “Relevant Person Application Form” via the email address [email protected], through their personal email addresses, or in writing in person or through a notary public to AHMET YESEVİ MAH. KEREM SK. A BLOK NO: 9 İÇ KAPI NO: 404 PENDİK / İSTANBUL / TÜRKİYE.
The Company shall conclude duly submitted applications free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. If the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested.
The application must clearly and comprehensibly state the requested matter, relate to the applicant themselves, or if acting on behalf of another person, include a document showing special authorization in this regard, include identity and address information, and attach documents verifying identity.
Amendments to the Notice
The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Notice at any time. Amendments shall enter into force upon publication of the updated text on the website. Necessary information regarding amendments made to the Notice may be shared through channels deemed appropriate.
